The Bibleless Peoples Prayer Project (BPPP) gives you the opportunity to pray for language groups with no translation project and with no Scripture available in their heart language. Since 1982, BPPP has attracted more than 30,000 prayer partners. We would love for you to be one too.
We realized the importance of this ministry when we saw the former president of Wycliffe Bible Translators George Cowan moved to tears of joy that his people group received their New Testament 20 years later. He knew that he contributed to that celebration as much as anyone else.
We pray for the Kung people of Cameroon and Papitalai people of Papua New Guinea and can’t wait to hear when they start a translation!
You will receive an encouragement letter annually and occasional progress updates. When a translator is assigned to the language group, Wycliffe will help connect you with that person so you can continue to pray for specific needs.
Be encouraged as you see translation begin through prayer!
